Supporting people with mental health issues to live fulfilling lives in a homely environment.
Seabank House is a long-standing charity in Aberdeen, dedicated to supporting people with mental health challenges. We provide safe and supportive accommodation, help residents build life skills, and create opportunities for independence within a caring community
For more than a century, Seabank House has been part of the Aberdeen community. From its earliest days, the charity has stood as a place of support, guidance, and hope for individuals and families facing difficult times.
At Seabank House, we provide more than just a safe place to live — we offer a supportive environment where individuals can begin to rebuild their lives. Our supported accommodation gives residents the security of a home while ensuring they have access to guidance, encouragement, and practical help when needed.
Aberlea House offers a smaller, community-based setting designed to support individuals as they take the next step towards independent living. It provides a safe and welcoming environment where residents can begin to adjust to greater independence while still benefiting from guidance and encouragement.
"Seabank House gave me the confidence to live more independently. The staff were kind, patient, and always encouraging."
